1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 355bet ("we", "us", "our", "355bet") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses the 355bet platform, including the website at 355bet.im, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and any associated services.

355bet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the 355bet platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are written in English and the English version is the definitive and controlling version in the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from translation or interpretation.

2. Account Registration

To place bets, access live casino games, or make deposits and withdrawals on 355bet, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all account balances. 355bet reserves the right to withhold or void winnings generated using an account registered with fraudulent information.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 355bet immediately at [email protected]. 355bet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

355bet offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer. We strongly encourage all players to enable 2FA from their account settings to protect against unauthorised access.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 355bet account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 355bet employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances forfeited without notice.

3. Age Restriction

355bet enforces age verification at the point of registration. All players must confirm that they are aged 18 or above during the registration process. 355bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age from any player at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or an official birth certificate.

Where 355bet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If verification confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any amounts already wagered), and all winnings will be forfeited in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit on 355bet is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be required for high-value transactions. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 355bet account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank.

355bet does not charge fees on standard deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 355bet's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits to 355bet.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by 355bet within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 2–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

355bet reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days of the request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the funds returned to your 355bet account balance.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on 355bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If you make a deposit via a payment method that processes in a different currency, the amount will be converted to Taka at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 355bet does not accept liability for currency conversion losses arising from the use of internationally issued payment cards.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on 355bet are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including the event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming any wager. 355bet does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error. Requests to void, cancel, or modify confirmed bets will not be accepted except where expressly permitted under these Terms or under specific sport rules published on the 355bet platform.

355bet offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across a range of sports, with a particular depth of coverage for cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. 5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the 355bet platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed and accepted at the time of confirmation. 355bet reserves the right to suspend, remove, or restrict any market at any time without prior notice, including during live events where market integrity may be at risk.

In the event of an obvious pricing error — defined as an odds price that is significantly divergent from the true market probability due to a technical or human error — 355bet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. Where such bets are voided, stakes will be returned in full to the player's account.

5.3 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event does not produce a definitive result within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules; a player places a bet on an event in which they have a direct personal interest that could constitute a conflict of interest; or where 355bet determines that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

355bet applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits are published in the sport-specific rules on the platform and may vary by sport, market type, and account history. 355bet reserves the right to limit bet stakes or maximum payouts for individual accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where patterns of professional or syndicated betting are identified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotion Eligibility

Promotional bonuses and offers on 355bet are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions specified in each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to players with a verified account in good standing who have made at least one qualifying deposit within the relevant promotional period.

355bet reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, account irregularity, or where the player's account is under investigation.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 355bet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions. By way of general illustration: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must wager a total of ৳20,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

355bet employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviours considered to constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets on the same market using multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering contribution while eliminating financial risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 355bet reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to permanently close the relevant account or accounts.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

355bet runs seasonal and event-based promotions throughout the year, including special offers during BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar. Participation in seasonal promotions is subject to the individual terms of each offer. 355bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any seasonal promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. User Obligations

By using the 355bet platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the 355bet platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or other tools to interact with the 355bet platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You will not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through the use of exploits, software vulnerabilities, or technical manipulation of the platform.
• You will not engage in, encourage, or facilitate match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the platform.
• You will not use the 355bet platform to launder money or conduct any other financial transaction prohibited by applicable Bangladeshi law.
• You will not impersonate another person, provide false information to 355bet support staff, or misrepresent your identity in any way.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and will not share them with any other person.
• You will notify 355bet promptly if you become aware of any technical error, pricing mistake, or system fault that results in an unintended advantage being available on the platform.
• You will not attempt to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 355bet platform.
• You will comply with these Terms and all supplementary rules published on the 355bet platform at all times.

355bet reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal referral — against any player found to be in breach of these obligations.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Obligations

355bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling activity is becoming problematic. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 355bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all identity and payment verification requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds remain unfulfilled.

8.2 Suspension by 355bet

355bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or verification information.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Confirmed or suspected use of automated tools, bots, or exploits.
• Confirmed or suspected match-fixing, collusion, or integrity violations.
• Duplicate account activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by 355bet due to a breach of these Terms, outstanding balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. 355bet will communicate the reason for closure and the disposition of any outstanding balance in writing to the registered email address on the account.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placed). 355bet will notify you by email before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Dormancy fees will continue to be applied monthly until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any transaction.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 355bet account, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days. All disputes will be handled in English. 355bet's decision on disputes relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the settlement of bets, or the application of bonuses will be final and binding.
